Beans and Peas - Kentucky Wonder Wax

Prolific crops of thick, fleshy, rounded pale yellow pods. Reputed to be one of the best for flavour, even when frozen, an American heirloom variety that is still just as popular today.

Recipe Tip: Add beans to a pan of boiling water and cook until just tender. Remove from pan. Fry chopped onion, crushed garlic and fresh chopped tomatoes. Heat through and serve, garnish with parsley.
