Chinese Cabbage - Orient Surprise F1

Fast maturing versatile plants that form crisp hearts of tender leaves with succulent crunchy mid-ribs. Resistant to club root and slow to bolt, helping them stand well in the garden.

Recipe Tip: Wash cabbage and drain. Stir-fry crushed garlic, chopped ginger and a little chopped green chilli. Add roughly shredded Chinese cabbage. Once leaves have softened, add large prawns and a dash of soy sauce. Serve on a bed of egg noodles.
