Gherkin - Hokus

Easy to grow, slender dark green fruits, pick when up to 10cm (4in) long. Early-fruiting, trailing variety with high yields for outdoor crops. Has good resistance to Cucumber Mosaic Virus.

Recipe Tip: Pack gherkins tightly into a jar, add fresh dill and a garlic glove. In a Pan boil two thirds water, one third vinegar, white or cider and a pinch of salt or sugar to taste. Pour into jars, seal and chill overnight before serving.
