Pak Choy - Hei Xia F1

Easy to grow with broad succulent stems and dark green tender leaves. Plants are cold tolerant and slow to bolt making them ideal for harvesting as baby leaf or left to mature.

Recipe Tip: Stir-fry larger leaves with Chinese cabbage and broccoli until cooked but still firm, add chillies, crushed garlic, grated ginger and a little soy sauce. Great with chicken or pork. Coat baby leaves and sweet corn kernels with a chilli and lime dressing for an easy salad.
