Recipe Tip: Fry sliced onion until soft, then add cubes of squash. Cover with chicken stock and season with cayenne pepper and sage leaves. Cook until tender, allow to cool and puree. Return to the heat to warm through, add a spoonful of cream cheese. Serve the soup.
