Quick and easy to grow. These attractive and nutritious leaves have varying degrees of 'bite'. The fabulous peppery taste is a must in salads, alone or with other leaves.

Recipe Tip: Place rocket leaves, garlic, dill, lemon rind and ricotta cheese in a blender, puree until smooth. Place a thick, white, skinless fish fillet onto two sheets of filo pastry. Top fish with rocket mix and wrap into parcel. Brush with oil and bake until golden.
