Spinach - Komatsuna Torasan F1

Easy and fast growing leaf vegetable, that is slow to bolt. Widely used in many Asian dishes, the baby leaves can be used in salads and mature hotter leaves as a substitute for spinach.

Recipe Tip: Marinate strips of pork fillet in soy sauce, sugar and rice wine or sherry. Stir-fry the pork with a little marinade mixture and sliced manetout peas. Add komatsuna leaves to pan with a little sesame oil and cover. Once the leaves wilt, serve with plain rice.
