Spinach - Oriental Mikado F1

Large, unusually shaped dark green leaves can be grown throughout the summer and show resistance to mildew. Tasty, softly textured leaves can be harvested as baby leaves or left to mature.

Recipe Tip: Combine sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce and grated root ginger to make a dressing. Mix baby spinach leaves with thinly sliced chicken breast, toss with the dressing. Sprinkle chopped hardboiled egg and sesame on the top and serve.
