Sweet Corn - Lark F1

This variety is an 'xtra tender' type which means it makes great eating with sweet, juicy, tender kernels which fill the cobs. For the very best corn always pick just before you want to eat it.

Recipe Tip: Fry diced streaky bacon, add chopped onion, leek, celery and carrot, add chicken stock and diced potatoes, salt and pepper. Boil then simmer until vegetables are tender. Slice kernels from cob and add with a little milk, warm through and serve the chowder.
