Celeriac - Giant Prague

Easy to grow, large white roots with a wonderful piquant flavour, similar to celery. Stores well after harvesting for winter use. A versatile vegetable for mash, soups, stews or grated raw into salads.

Recipe Tip: Peel and slice thinly, layer into a baking dish. Mix together double cream, white wine, paprika and seasoning, pour over the celeriac and bake. Or, smash equal quantities of celeriac and potato, add butter, season with black pepper and nutmeg, serve.
