Cucumber - Beth Alpha F1

Prolific crops of high quality, fantastically sweet baby cues. For the best flavour and quality pick when 10-15cm (4-6") long. Best grown in a greenhouse or polytunnel.

Recipe Tip: De-seed and finely chop cucumber, drain to remove as much liquid as possible. Add cucumber to natural yoghurt along with salt, garlic, chopped mint, oil a little white wine vinegar, mix well and chilli. Serve with pitta bread.
