Garlic Chives - Chinese chives

Easy to grow herb with a subtle garlic flavour. Flower buds as well as the leaves are often included in Thai stir-fries and the decorative flowers can be added to salads. Easily grows in pots.

Recipe Tip: In a bowl beat eggs, a splash of soy sauce, ground pepper and a little vegetable oil. Heat a pan and roughly chopped chives and the egg mixture, reduce heat and gently scramble the eggs combine with just cooked rice and serve.
