Lettuce - Lollo Bionda and Rossa

A lovely mixture of these two 'frilly' leaved lettuces. Pick individual leaves as required allowing plants to regrow or pick whole heads. Ideal for sowing through the summer as plants are slow to bolt.


Recipe Tip: Make a delicious Italian salad with a mix of the leaves, combine with halved cherry tomatoes and pieces of mozzarella, drizzle with a dressing of lemon juice and olive oil infused with torn basil leaves. Top with chopped Italian Salami and Pine nuts if desired.
