Onions - Japanese Bunching Long White Tokyo

Easy to grow and an essential ingredient in many Asian dishes. The long white non-bulbing stems have a sweet mild flavour and can be eaten raw or cooked. Grow in the garden or containers.

Recipe Tip: Slice beef sirloin into thin strips and marinade in a mix of sugar, soy sauce and orange juice. Slice onions and chillies into thin strips and fry until soft, add the beef and add a little marinade. Cook quickly. Serve with long grain rice and pak choi.
