Parsley - Coriander

Very popular flavouring in Asian and Mexican dishes or simply added to a salad. This versatile herb has large fragrant leaves and is slow to run to seed.

Recipe Tip: Slice fresh mangoes and scoop out the flesh, combine with chopped coriander, sweet chilli sauce, garlic and limejuice and blend together in a food processor. A delicious accompaniment to grilled or baked fish.
