Extra large, chunky fruits with great flavour and texture, perfect for slicing. Big crops with good disease resistance and an indeterminate habit (needs support), ideal for greenhouse growing.

Recipe Tip: Top slices of thick rye bread with sliced beefsteak tomato, then slices of red onion, followed by slices of cucumber and then slices of avocado. Finally top the stack with a handful of alfalfa sprouts and drizzle with honey mustard dressing.
