Tomato - Follia F1

Classic Italian tomato, with attractive cylindrical fruit and firm flesh, perfect for sauces, cooked dishes and salads. Has good disease resistance. Indeterminate, (needs support) and can be grown indoors or outdoors.

Recipe Tip: Remove the skins (blanch in boiled water for easier peeling). Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan add tomatoes and simmer until flesh is soft and reduced. Sieve out seeds if required. Add a splash of balsamic vinegar, oregano and thyme for a perfect pasta sauce.
