Wellness plants - Vanilla

The Indians e.g. used dried vanilla bars as currencies, spice and medicine. They attributed a heart-strengthening effect to the vanilla. In addition vanilla should reduce also fear and tiredness. Particularly in combination with cocoa vanilla is also work tendency-brightening up. So it is good for body and soul.
