Hyssop - Hyssop

Use the fresh leaves for seasoning meat dishes, cottage cheese, egg dishes and as an infusion.

Sow in open ground in a seedbed from early until mid summer. Pick out once and then plant out, or sow directly outdoors in rows and thin out.
