Fresh mini-rocket has a delicious walnutty taste, albeit slightly bitter. Rocket combines
beautifully with pasta and salads, and even be used to add zest to cheese sandwiches!
Rocket is a source of vitamin A and C. You can eat the shoots after just seven days, at which point they will be around 4cm in height. lf you leave them to grow for a further couple of days, the leaves will increase in size. To speed up the germination process, cover the dish with ding film after sowing the seeds and leave the dish covered for three days. Keep the dish out of direct sunlight, and keep the soil slightly damp.
