Place an order
Ordering from our webshop is quick and easy. Our ordering process consists of five clear steps where you decide how you want it.
Select your products
- With the button Add to cart you add a product to your shopping cart. Do you want to order more than 1 pieces of the same articles, adjust the number and click on Update cart.
- Click on the button Continue shopping to return to the webshop.
- Did you change your mind? Click on the trashcan to delete a product.
- Are you ready with shopping? Click on Checkout to finalize your order
Enter your personal details
- Are you a new customer, click on register to register. Fields with an asterisk (*) are required. In order to check your email address, an email with a password will be sent within minutes after you register (usually immediately). Use this password to login and to continue the order process. The password can be changed any time.
- Are you an existing customer, then login in order to retrieve your data
- If you have a promotional code please insert this code now.
- If you have any comments with your order, you can specify these in the comments field.
- In order to continue, you need to agree to our terms and conditions. Our terms and conditions can be read on our website or can be downloaded as pdf.

Status via e-mail
After you placed your order, we will keep you updated about the status of your order through email:
Order received confirmation
After we have received your order, we will sent an order received confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order. The email also contains all details concerning your order.
You didn’t receive any e-mail? Make sure the email is not in your junk or spam folder. Is this not the case, please contact us immediately.
Once your order is processed by one of our employees you will receive an order confirmation.
Order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation after your order is processed and accepted. You can always check the status of your order by logging in on our website and to click on my account, followed by my orders
Payment Confirmation
In case you choose to pay by iDEAL, Creditcard or Paypal, you will receive a payment confirmation immediately after your payment.
If you choose to Prepay by bank transfer, you will receive a payment confirmation once your payment is received on our bank account.
Shipment anouncement
When we ship your order you will receive a shipping anouncement and if available a TNT track and trace code. Use this code to follow your order with the track en trace website of TNT Post
Change or cancel
Would you like to change or cancel an already placed order? This is possible! Please contact us.
Is your order already on it’s way? Then refuse the order and tell the postman that you do not want the package. After we have received the package back, we will contact you.
Canceling or refusing an order is free. Once you have accepted a package, the shipping costs for returning are on your own account.
