Find a product

There are several ways to easily find a product of your choice.

  1. Search

  2. Type in your keyword or product name of your choice. Do you know the article number, then type this in directly? You will be automatically redirected to a result page displaying all products which meet your search criteria.
  3. Categories

  4. View our entire range of products through the various categories such as seeds, bulbs and souvenirs to the left of the website.
  5. Selection criteria

  6. Select the selection criteria of your choice (eg 'flowering / harvest time in July ") and you are redirected to a page with all products that flower in July. You can also select multiple selection criteria.
  7. Collections

  8. Finally, you can also navigate by collection. For example navigate only through the famous seed collection of Franchi Sementi.

Place an order

Ordering from our webshop is quick and easy. Our ordering process consists of five clear steps where you decide how you want it.

  1. Select your products

    • With the button Add to cart you add a product to your shopping cart. Do you want to order more than 1 pieces of the same articles, adjust the number and click on Update cart.
    • Click on the button Continue shopping to return to the webshop.
    • Did you change your mind? Click on the trashcan to delete a product.
    • Are you ready with shopping? Click on Checkout to finalize your order
  2. Enter your personal details

  3. To send your order we need your name and address.
    • Are you a new customer, click on register to register. Fields with an asterisk (*) are required. In order to check your email address, an email with a password will be sent within minutes after you register (usually immediately). Use this password to login and to continue the order process. The password can be changed any time.
    • Are you an existing customer, then login in order to retrieve your data
    Once logged in, you can proceed with ordering.
    • If you have a promotional code please insert this code now.
    • If you have any comments with your order, you can specify these in the comments field.
    • In order to continue, you need to agree to our terms and conditions. Our terms and conditions can be read on our website or can be downloaded as pdf.
  4. Choose your payment method

  5. You have the following options to pay. After selecting the desired payment method, click on continue to complete your order
  6. Confirmation

  7. All data related to your order is listed:
    • Method of payment
    • Personal details
    • Your order
    • Remarks
    Is everything correct, then click on continue to place your order. Would you change anything? Then click back and change your order or personal data accordingly
  8. Finalize

  9. If you selected to pay with iDEAL, Creditcard or PayPal, you will be redirected to the applicable website using a secure internet connection. After payment click back to From Holland Online in order to return to our webshop and to complete the order. You will receive a confirmation that you order was received by email and will be processed as quickly as possible.

Status via e-mail

After you placed your order, we will keep you updated about the status of your order through email:

Order received confirmation

After we have received your order, we will sent an order received confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order. The email also contains all details concerning your order.

You didn’t receive any e-mail? Make sure the email is not in your junk or spam folder. Is this not the case, please contact us immediately.

Once your order is processed by one of our employees you will receive an order confirmation.

Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation after your order is processed and accepted. You can always check the status of your order by logging in on our website and to click on my account, followed by my orders

Payment Confirmation

In case you choose to pay by iDEAL, Creditcard or Paypal, you will receive a payment confirmation immediately after your payment.

If you choose to Prepay by bank transfer, you will receive a payment confirmation once your payment is received on our bank account.

Shipment anouncement

When we ship your order you will receive a shipping anouncement and if available a TNT track and trace code. Use this code to follow your order with the track en trace website of TNT Post

Change or cancel

Would you like to change or cancel an already placed order? This is possible! Please contact us.

Is your order already on it’s way? Then refuse the order and tell the postman that you do not want the package. After we have received the package back, we will contact you.

Canceling or refusing an order is free. Once you have accepted a package, the shipping costs for returning are on your own account.
