Login
If you are registered already you can login directly by clicking on the “Login” button. In the next screen you can enter your username (email) and password.
Are you a new client, then need to first register by clicking on the "Register" button. After completing the registration process, you will receive an email with a password. To activate your account you need to login using this password, thereafter it is possible to change your password.
During the ordering process you can also login. Our system automatically uses all previously stored information such as name and address. You do not need to re-enter this data.
Forgot Password
In case you forgot your password, click on the "Login" button. Enter your email address under "Forgot username/password" en click “OK”.
For security reasons we store your password encrypted and are therefore not able to send you your old password. Within a few minutes (usually immediately) you will receive an email with a new password. With this password you can login, thereafter it is possible to change your password again.
View / change your details
Once you're logged in, you can view your details by clicking the “My Details” button.
If you want to change your personal details click on the button "Change", then you can change your details. Click on “Save” to save your details.
To change your password, click "Change your password".
Order details
Once you are logged in, you can view all your current and processed orders by clicking on "My orders" button.
The specific details of each order can then be viewed by clicking on the appropriate order number.
