Quality of products

Customer satisfaction is paramount to us, therefore we offer you only products of the best quality. Of course your order is packed carefully as well to ensure that the articles are delivered in good condition.

In order to garantuee the highest quality, our bulbs and tubers are stored under ideal circumstances and are sold only during the respective planting season.

  • Spring bulbs from September till December:
    Tulips, narcissus, crocus and hyacinth
  • Summer bulbs from February till May:
    Calla, dahlia, gladiolus and lily

We expect you will plant the bulbs and tubers soon after receiving them, all in accordance with the enclosed planting description.

Images on our website

No rights can be derived from the illustrations and pictures on our website. We illustrate our products as accurately as possible, but keep in mind that variations in color may occur because of:

  • Difference in soil type or location (for green products)
  • Difference in drawing and color (for souvenirs and hand-painted delft blue)

Complaints about a product/delivery

Any complaints regarding damage, visible defects, deficiencies or shortcomings must be reported to our customer service within three business days after receiving the products.

Complaints about any defects which were not visible immediately after delivery must be reported within 3 months after receiving the products to our customer service.

In all cases you need to include an accurate description of the complaint.

Quality and Warranty step-by-step plan

Do you have a complaint about a product or delivery? Then please proceed according to the steps described below. In this way we can handle your complaint as quickly as possible.

  1. Send a complaint as soon as possible but within mentioned deadlines above to our customer service including an accurate description of the complaint.
  2. You will receive a confirmation that your complaint is received.
  3. Once your complaint is accepted, you will receive a return number and instructions about how to send back the products.
    You need to send back the products within 14 days after receiving the return number.
    Caution! Shipments without a return number will not be accepted.
  4. After receipt of your shipment, you will once again receive a confirmation e-mail
  5. In case your complaint is valid, the product will be replaced, repaired or refunded within two weeks, depending on your desire and reasons

The shipping costs and the risk of sending back the products are for your own account. The shipping costs for sending back a repaired or replacement product are on the contrary on our account.
