Returning

You can return your articles within 7 business days after you have received your order. It is important that the product is complete, unused, in the original packaging and that it is undamaged. Returned articles that do not meet these requirements will not be refunded or replaced.

Before you send back any article, you need to be in the possession of a return number. You should request a return number from our customer service, stating the reason for the return. See the step-by-step plan for more information.

CAUTION! Some products cannot be returned. See exceptions below for more information.

Exceptions

Products which are manufactured according to specific demands of the customer, such as custom-made goods, or products which have a clearly personal nature cannot be returned.

Because live products go bad and/or decay quickly due to for example improper handling or storage, it is not possible for all live products to be returned. This applies to the following articles:

  • Bulbs
  • Tubers

Returning step-by-step plan

Would you like to return a product? Then please proceed according to the steps described below. In this way we can handle your request as quickly as possible.

  1. Send an email to our customer service with a request to return, stating the reason.
  2. You will receive a confirmation that your request is received.
  3. Once your request is accepted, you will receive a return number and instructions about how to send back the products.
    You need to send back the products within 14 days after receiving the return number.
    Caution! Shipments without a return number will not be accepted.
  4. After receipt of your shipment, you will once again receive a confirmation e-mail.
  5. The product will be replaced or refunded within two weeks, depending on your desire and reasons.

If you have any complaints about the quality, visible defects and/or shortages, please read warranty and quality.
